Mint Valeting provides specialist car detailing & professional Valeting services primarily in Hemel Hempstead and across the UK.

We provide full service valeting for body shops, showrooms, garages and corporate fleets. Our services include: Site maintenance, Maintaining both new and used cars – full valets, service washes, site sweeping and cleaning. Mint Valeting are also fully insured for road risks, public liability and all third-party items we handle.

Our staff are fully trained to industry standards, and we proudly offer a satisfaction guarantee for all vehicles detailed and valeted, in accordance with to highest degrees of quality control and customer satisfaction.

    Credit Facilities

    Normal trading terms of 30 days following invoice.

    Corporate Work Wear

    All our operators are contracted to wear full company uniform and this forms part of their assessment when visited by field management. We find this allows ease of identification and better for security and control of staff on site.

    Working Environment

    Although it is the customers’ responsibility to provide a large enough facility for us to perform the service as required, this facility must include adequate lighting, heating, ventilation and water supply to conform to relevant statutory

    Fuel Supply

    Unlike many of our competitors WE PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY FUEL AND BULK CHEMICALS in order to give our customer an all inclusive price.

    Work Instructions

    To avoid confusion and give our customer’s control, we operate a strict no instruction no work policy as this avoids disputes and subsequent ill feeling. This instruction (Vehicle docket) must be signed, clearly stating the works required and date and time required. Weekly summary sheets are completed by our operators as evidence of works completed. The details contained therein must correlate with the vehicle docket sheets. which must be checked and signed by Dealer Management.
